Tenant Director Recruitment Campaign

Andium Homes are Jersey’s largest residential developer and landlord, managing more than 4,700 properties and providing homes and landlord services for more than 10,000 Islanders.

This campaign was aimed at Andium tenants to join their board as a Tenant Director to represent Andium clients, improve communities and to make a real difference to people’s lives.

It was an opportunity for the chosen candidate to share their views from a tenant’s perspective and make informed decisions about their community.

The campaign was published offline and online channels, including press, radio and social media.
