Andium Homes are Jersey’s largest residential developer and landlord, managing more than 4,700 properties and providing homes and landlord services for more than 10,000 Islanders.

They are obsessed with delivering an excellent and consistent client experience – every time. They are courageous, pro-active and enjoy pushing the boundaries, in design, innovation and service delivery.

To this end, we have created a suite of carefully designed projects for both offline and online communications. This includes printed literature, social media templates, branded merchandise and display banners.

The 2022 Annual Report was designed and produced to not only provide financial data but also to demonstrate how Andium work hard to deliver tangible, commercial and sustainable benefits to their clients and for The Island, in collaboration with their key stakeholders.
